Beginning on or near July 4, 2008, and running through or near August 1, 2008 The Classic Family of Dealerships (known as Classic Chevrolet, Classic Hummer, Classic Buick Pontiac GMC of Arlington, Classic Buick Pontiac GMC of Carrollton, Classic Lincoln Mercury Mazda, and Classic Chevrolet Buick Pontiac GMC) will conduct an on-line contest to register to win a new Apple iPhone (hardware only). Qualifiers must provide their name, email address, daytime phone number and zip code on TheClassicDifference.com registration page at time ofqualifying. Grand Prizewinner will be drawn randomly on or near August 3, 2008 To enter the Classic Family of Dealerships (TheClassicDifference.com) listeners will be directed to enter on-line at TheClassicDiffernece.com to register for their chance to win. Listeners who are 18 years of age and legal Texas State residents are eligible to participate. One entry per person please. The winner will need to be present at the dealership that is providing the trip to accept the prize. The decision of The Classic Family of dealerships in all sweepstakes matters is final. No employees of Cumulus Radio, or any station or program airing the contest, Classic Chevrolet, Classic Hummer, Classic Buick Pontiac GMC (Arlington and Carrollton locations), Classic Chevrolet Buick Pontiac GMC, Classic Lincoln Mercury Mazda, Cobalt, advertising agencies, parent or subsidiaries, or their immediate families are eligible for the vehicle giveaway. One prize per household. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless any Classic Dealership, participating radio stations, radio programs, parent subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, against any claim, liability or expense arising from participation in the sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prize. Each participant authorizes radio stations, and The Classic Family of Dealerships, to use his/her name, picture, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.. The winner agrees to provide the Classic Family of Dealership authorized employee with winner’s social security number prior to payment of any winnings and will report winnings as required by federal law. Each winner must waive any and all claims of liability against any Classic Family of Dealerships (Classic Chevrolet, Classic Hummer, Classic Buick Pontiac GMC, Classic Lincoln Mercury Mazda, Classic Chevrolet Buick Pontiac GMC) or radio stations that air the contest, agents, their affiliates and their respective employees for any personal injury or loss, travel cancellations, changes or delays which may occur from participation in this contest or from use of the prize. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes associated with winning the prize. The winner(s) will be provided with a Form 1099 for tax purposes if applicable. The Classic Family of Dealerships and participating radio stations reserve the right to extend the contest and/or modify the rules, upon written notice. Participants are encouraged to register on-line at TheClassicDifference.com but can also register by mail by sending a their full name, address, and phone number to Classic Chevrolet, attention Donna Lawlis, 1101 Highway 114, Grapevine, TX 76051. None of the dealerships participating in this contest, (Classic Chevrolet, Classic Hummer, Classic Buick Pontiac GMC, Classic Chevrolet Buick Pontiac GMC, Classic Lincoln Mercury Mazda, Cumulus Radio or their agencies or web host are not responsible for failure of the internet or specific websites causing a contestant to lose the chance to make a guess. Prize must be picked up in person beginning at least two business days after, but no longer than two weeks of date won at the one of the Classic dealerships to be determined. Winners will be required to provide proof of identification and sign a release form acknowledging receipt of the prize. Under no circumstances will a prize be mailed to a winner. Prizes cannot be transferred to another individual. No cash option available.
